Services Refund Policy

Cancellation of Appointments: If you need to cancel a grooming or dog walking session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the grooming or walking service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will offer to redo the service free of charge or provide a partial refund depending on the specific issues reported and the service rendered.
Products Refund Policy

Returns for Refund: Products purchased from our online store can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in their original condition, and have the original packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by DoggyFontein.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please report this to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Medication Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of medications unless they are faulty or sent in error. If you receive incorrect or damaged medications, please inform us immediately for a swift replacement or refund.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or return, please contact our customer service team via our website or at the contact details provided. You will need to provide your order details and a clear explanation of your reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of the confirmed receipt of the returned item or the resolution of the service complaint. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.
